We called JRV Home Services that came highly recommended to us. Chris right away had his technician come out to service our AC that had completely stopped working. Mark was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly repaired our AC and had our unit up and running before long. We are most appreciative for their expeditious service. We highly recommend that you call this company for all of your AC needs.

Luke came today to replace our thermostat. He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining how everything works. He also helped us get set up on their app. He was an outstanding people person and he was very knowledgeable. That is the kind of repair people that we like to deal with.

A/C stopped cooling one early morning about a month ago. Called a buddy of mine who recommended JRV Home Services. Technician showed up later that afternoon. Gave me a few ideas of what it could be, however, he needed to diagnose the problem. He walked me through the different diagnostics, because I ask a lot of questions. Very professional young man. Resilient in trying to find the problem, took a few hours, late into the evening. He would not leave until he found the issue, tested it and got us cooling by end of evening. I appreciated his professionalism, explanation on troubleshooting different issues and more importantly getting us cool at a reasonable price.

Noel and Adrian came by my house to help see what the issue with my AC was. They were quick and efficient. They were able to get all issues squared away! JRV is lucky to have 2 great employees.

Don't park here if your going to vibes event center. Tow truck driver drug this front wheel drive vehicle out of spot and it made a horrible noise. Probably messed up transmission, they grabbed it from front after dragging it out, they knew better. They will tow you, use event parking or public parking under bridge.

If you do business with JRV Home Services, you are a fool! I was without A/C, in San Antonio over the Labor Day weekend. That unfortunate event was made worse by JRV. I called JRV EARLY Saturday morning. The on call Tech, Abel, diagnosed the issue and was helpful with the thermostat and how to check for warranty over the holiday weekend. Per the tech, Saturday around noon, I called JRV to provide the warranty info and set up an appointment for late Tuesday or Wednesday AM to have the part installed. The lady answering the phone did not have any info, but I was told that someone would call. Never happened. I called for the last time at 10:30 Tuesday morning, and they still could not even tell me if the part was ordered, but promised to call yet again, I got another referral to Air Rescue, a small A/C company in Marion, TX. I called Air Rescue on Tuesday around noon. In 45 minutes they had verified the warranty, ordered the part, and agreed to come install it that evening if the part arrived as they hoped. The part was available that evening, Tuesday. I got a call, FINALLY, from JRV at 4 pm Wednesday afternoon! They had the part and wanted to set up an appointment. And, the JRV quoted cost was $250 more than Air Rescue. Do yourself a favor, call Air Rescue instead!

Adrian was so good! He was Professional, took time to explain the issue, actually identify a couple other problems that were not in original call. Took care of topping off low refrigerant and had some help from Chris at the end and all of this on a Sunday. I am very satisfied and recommend this service.
