10 of 10 would not recommend using this company based on my experience with them on my Home warranty. The technician that was dispatched arrived and seemed extremely heat exhausted from his prior job. I offered him some cold water as it was extremely warm outside at the beginning of August. I described the issue and he pulled out his gauges and began testing the compressor. Everything was normal. He went into my attic and spent a long time there performing more testing. He then came back outside and redid the tests on the compressor unit outside. After spending 2 to 3 hours looking at my unit and checking my breaker box he still could not find the reason for the failure. His diagnosis was that the board on the compressor was fried. Co collected the 75$ for the service call, said he would send his report to the warranty company to see what they said for the replacement or repair and left. I was not given a receipt. I was also not given a copy of his service report. I also cannot obtain a copy of his service report from my warranty company. My AC did not get repaired for 21 days in August due to the service technician's actions. He falsely claimed in his service report that I told him that I had a power surge and because of his false claim in writing on his service report) my warranty company denied my claim. I contacted another company (Economy Air Service). Their technician did a wonderful job. It turns out that the ECM Blower motor and control board needed to be replaced. This was contrary to what the original tech from 24/7AC had described as the solution. My AC worked fine after Economy Air Service fixed it at a reasonable price. These parts both had to be ordered and took a few days to come in before they could be installed. In summary: The technician could not find the issue and therefore came up with a potentially incorrect service solution. The Service Technician Incorrectly diagnosed the issue. He made false claims about things I said in his written service report to the warranty company (libel). He did not provide a viable repair solution for the issue as proven by the second company's repair. Due to the service technician's actions I was left in a heat endangered position for an extended period of time without recourse of escape from heat without extensive financial outlay (endangerment). The technician did not provide me with a written receipt for his services or copy of a service report. Both of these practices should be huge red flags.
Jason was the 25 Seven AC, LLC technician. He arrived before my scheduled time which was great. Jason was polite. professional and courteous. After I explained the AC symptoms, he diagnosed the problem, replaced a bad capacitor and BAM, cool air flowing. My wife and I very much appreciate the expeditious service and outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Jason with 24 Seven AC, LLC.
We had to have our AC looked at thru our home warranty. Joe came out and his customer service was exceptional. He was very patient with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We now have to wait for the Warranty to make a determination, knowing that Joe was very thorough in his assessment. We will definitely be using him and recommending them to friends in the future.
I had a great experience with this 24 Seven AC repair company. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything fixed in no time. The technician was respectful, professional, and worked very cleanly. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Honest service, fast work, and excellent value — I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!
Tommi was our specialists. He appeared very friendly and easy to work with. He seemed to have great knowledge of his profession and the situation we were dealing with. He discovered our issue within the first 20 minutes and was able to fix it. Highly recommend him as a tech and their business!
Jason our repair representative did a fantastic job. He helped us troubleshoot which a/c unit was the issue. Then he he told us that their was a bad capacitor, and that he already replaced it through our warranty. He was super fast, very polite, had a sense of humor, and he was dog friendly. 10/10 would call again.
Jhonatan Did a great job and super fast. Initially, my warranty company assigned me to service squad and they did a horrible job. I begged for them to reassign me to this company and thank God they did. Whereas it took Service squad four different visits to work on my AC with poor customer service, this company got it right the first time.
