Above Par is the perfect name! Clay at the office who took my phone call and Mark the technician who came out to my home. Both truly went above and beyond to help me get my AC up and working fast. I had a previously scheduled appointment for Sears to come out.I thought since they are such a reputable name I went with them first. They lied and no showed on me! I was mad at the time but now, I'm so glad they did, because I know what company I'll be using from now on! Do not use Sears! Call Above Par! Great customer service & they get the job done fast! Well done thank you!

My a/c unit decided that after 26 years it was time to call it quits. Last week I called my home warranty service Select Home Warranty, they sent Above Par out. Above Par responded almost immediately ( in 3 hours). Found a freon leak and attempted to repair the leak. It held for about 8 days and yesterday 8/7 it blew again. I was told that it could happen due to the age of the unit. The home warranty company was of no help, actually they were complete A---holes. I called Above Par myself and Clay had Mark out to my home within an hour. Mark and I discussed option and I decided to replace the entire unit. Clay the owner/manager came up with a very competitive plan and told me he would be back the next day to install the new unit. Shockingly and in a pleasant manner his crew showed up at my home before noon. Mark and Rigo explained what they were going to do and the set about removing the old unit. A few hours later Clay arrived with the new unit and they installed it for me. All in all they were very professional and did in my estimation a great job. Thank you to the entire crew for getting my home back to normal temps. You did a GREAT JOB!!

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

Rigo and his team did an awesome job fixing my house’s air conditioning zoning very professional people that really know their stuff and take pride in their work. Needless to say, I’ll be using their yearly service checkups to make sure everything is running smoothly! Thanks Rigo and team for all your help!

We had our landlord call out this company to take a look at the ac unit, which was not running efficiently. Rico showed up on time and was incredibly helpful and explained to us how everything worked and what repairs were made. He was very friendly and great to work with, even answering my two year old’s silly questions. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.
