AFM Heating & Cooling

Outstandingly EXCELLENT experience with AFM Heating & Cooling! I was in a panic over the weekend when my furnace malfunctioned: and with the exception of AFM, no other furnace company was open or available to help me on a Saturday afternoon. It was AFM that immediately came to my rescue. The technicians were knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional, courteous, and friendly. AFM resolved our issue completely; and by the way, "AI" doesn't answer the phone. If you need service right away and at a fair price, call AFM!

Very quick, friendly service. We bought a house and the furnace was having issues. AFM came out and diagnosed it quickly and got us up and running. Reasonable prices and very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing services. We will use them again in the future!

The furnace went out Monday night. The owner came out to look at everything within a few hours and got it back up and running. Very friendly, very professional and I really appreciate the sense of urgency that was felt especially in the time of need when temperatures go below freezing.

Highly recommend them. They are extremely honest and their prices are very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable. I had two other HVAC repair people come out from other companies before AFM cooling. It wasn’t until I got AFM out to do the repair that the root of the problem is discovered. They also charged me half of what the other company was going to charge me. They do not push new systems on you and even did their best to try to get my parts replaced from the manufacturer under warranty. They knew I had been jerked around by other companies and really did their best to help me out on an extremely hot day.

Mike was great! He was very friendly and any questions we had he knew the answer to right away. He worked clean and didn’t leave your house a mess when he left for the day. Would definitely recommend! And for everything that we had done to are HVAC system it was priced fairly!

AFM Heating and Cooling definitely deserves a solid 4-star rating, though there were a couple of bumps in the road. First, the pros: I really appreciated that they answered my service call after hours – that was a huge relief! They also sent a technician out very quickly the next day, which was fantastic. The technician (Nick) who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew their stuff. On the downside, fixing the issue ended up taking longer than anticipated, which, unfortunately, resulted in a larger bill than I had originally hoped for. Additionally, I was having landscaping done, and the technician mentioned they would coordinate with the landscapers regarding an AC wire they'd reran. It took a bit of back-and-forth to get AFM scheduled to come back out to finalize that part, and the communication on when they'd return could have been a bit clearer. Overall, I'm happy with the repair and the expertise of their technician, but some minor improvements in scheduling and communication would make the experience perfect.

I’ve been using AFM for over 20 years at my commercial properties and have been extremely happy with their work. They are reliable, professional, and always go above and beyond! I’ve had a few emergencies pop up over the years, and they were quick to step in and get the job done right at a moment’s notice!
