Frank, who handled both the sales visit and the installation, was fantastic-he clearly explained all our options, answered every question, and made sure we understood what we were getting. We had a brand-new system installed in less than 24 hours! Everything went smoothly, the price was fair, and the professionalism was top-notch. Mike was our technician and he was AMAZING! Unfortunately our control board went out and he was able to diagnose it, talk through options with me, and then install a new unit all in one day. He was so nice and thorough. It was great being able to lean on his experience and have confidence in our final decision. We were very thankful to have him and recommend him highly to anyone.

Patriot has been great to work with. We called them in a pinch last summer when we needed a whole new hearing and cooling system. They sent Mike out to us the next day, and by mid-morning we were starting to enjoy our new A/C. A little over a year later and Mike was back out for a routine checkup…all systems go…ready for winter! Mike (and everyone at Patriot) are super timely and super professional. He arrived right on time and was extremely thorough in inspecting and servicing my system. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even gave me some helpful tips to keep my HVAC in top shape. Mike and Justin our service technicians were prompt, courteous, polite and were extremely helpful explaining our new HVAC system. They were patient explaining the new system , answering many questions we had, and were very knowledgeable and respectful. They took extra care not tracking any debris into the house and left everything in pristine condition! Highly recommend their service!
