I have hired many HVAC contractors and specialists over the years. These guys are some of the best. Very kind and polite. They were very prompt, and completed the job much faster than expected. Excellent service. I would highly recommend Ferrell Air for any and all heating or air-conditioning needs. Very Affordable, and I didn't feel like I was constantly getting sold on something I didn't need. Ferrell Air is a dying breed of contractors that put honesty and integrity first in their service. Jake did a wonderful job! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the issues my HVAC unit was experiencing. My unit is 19 years old and he was able to repair it. He was honest about the need to replace the unit at some point because the repairs will become costly. But he didn't try to push me to buy a new unit without troubleshooting the old unit. Ferrell has been easy to work with. They are honest and up front. I would highly recommend them!

My service was prompt and with good communication. Jake was a really nice, professional & competent repair person. I definitely recommend them to others. This is the 2nd time i have used their service. 2 years ago they also serviced my ac/heater.

My AC went out last night and my friend recommended these guys! They were at my house within 2 hours of me contacting them! Kyle was Very friendly, professional and fast! Very reasonable on cost especially since I called them on a Saturday. I’m back in action with AC and so happy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
