Excellent service, fast response, great prices, trustworthy. Every person I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even brought a portable a/c unit to help alleviate the heat while my unit was getting fixed. I will only be calling Manny's from now on!

BUYER BEWARE! Manny's Air provides TERRIBLE installation and customer service. REPLYING TO MANNY'S RESPONSE BELOW: I want to clarify that my review is NOT about maintenance or timing issues. The concern stems from an improper installation that has not been addressed despite my FOUR calls to your team. It’s disappointing that no one took the time to come and inspect the installation or discuss our concerns without us needing to pay for a visit. This lack of follow-up and support is what I consider poor customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I want to share my beyond-disappointing experience with Manny's Air. We bought our home in early 2020, and a 4 Ton 16 Seer Split Heat Pump had been installed by Manny's Air less than a year before for the previous owner. Earlier this year, we noticed water leaking from the top pipe outside and had a maintenance company inspect it. We were shocked to discover the unit was installed incorrectly. Here’s a list of SOME of the issues we found: • The unit was tilted away from the primary drain, causing water to drip into the secondary drain pan, which is now rusting. • No return plenum was installed, even though the manufacturer recommended it. The return ductwork is connected directly to the case coil, creating a 90-degree kink that restricts airflow. • The inner air conduit is partially exposed, with the return collar plate appearing undersized, reused, and patched with mastic tape and duct sealant. • The electrical entry wasn’t secured with a non-metallic cable connector, leaving it out of code. • Over an inch of water sits in the primary drain pan, with half an inch at the front. The blower cabinet insulation is soaked, and rust is already spreading on the coil, case coil cabinet, blower housing, and electrical section. • An incorrect trap was used instead of the manufacturer-recommended P-trap with a 2" minimum drop. To be sure, we had two more companies inspect the unit independently without sharing the findings of the others. BOTH confirmed the installation was incorrect. We have paperwork, photos, and videos documenting all of this. Manny’s Air’s response? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they repeatedly brushed us off and demanded a $95 service fee just to come out, even though it was their poor installation at fault. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told "maybe" Manny would call back, but he was always "too busy." Finally, they claimed they had no responsibility since we didn’t install the unit; the previous owners did. This company DOES NOT stand behind its work and refuses to acknowledge its mistakes. This is very disappointing for a family-run business! Keep this in mind before considering Manny’s Air.

I had a great experience working with Cesar. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. The installation was completed in a reasonable time despite the holiday weekend. Thank you for taking care of us!

I came back to AZ with no A/C in August. After some days waiting for parts, Manny pulled out all the stops to get my home cooled again! I paid the call-out fee but it was under a long warranty, so I didn't have to pay more! Thank you, Manny, when it's time for a new installation, I'll call you!

I have used Manny’s air in the past was very happy with their performance and price. This time I had an emergency and I can’t tell you how glad I am that I contacted them again. From advice to taking care of the problem, Manny’s air came through. The staff is friendly and the techs are knowledgeable. I had a new unit installed and it all happened so smoothly.
