Danny at Alternative Aire did a great job with my HVAC system consultation. I told him the issues I was having, and he nailed down the root cause and offered some suggestions for improving the issue. Ultimately, he came up with an idea that would improve airflow without requiring an expensive solution. I really appreciate his expertise and comprehensive explanations. I'm a happy customer!

Very easy to schedule a maintenance appointment online. The price was transparent (easy to find on the website) and a good value compared to other companies we have used in the past. Our technician, Joe Koehler, was friendly, courteous (wore shoe covers inside the house without being asked), punctual, and knowledgeable. We will continue use Alternative Aire in the future.

Happy with the tech. who came and did our service. He was prompt and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would love to pay for the maintenance plan, but I will not have any bill that is automatic withdrawal from my bank account. Let me be billed once or twice a year, and I'll gladly sign up for your maintenance plan. Please come-up with a maintenance plan where I'm billed once or twice a year. All other businesses do so I don't see why y'all can't come up with that type of maintenance plan. Let me know when you develop this plan and I'll gladly sign up. Thank you Kevin Hinsdale

Cost to diagnosis my issue was reasonable and the follow up quote for a new compressor fan and motor was also not unreasonable high at about 2x the cost of the parts. Technician was knowledgeable and very polite. I would recommend their services.

Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday after business hours. I requested an appointment for ASAP using their website and immediately they scheduled me for the following morning (today). Enrique Williams arrived very promptly and professionally this morning, he very efficiently identified that the problem was the capacitor, and replaced the capacitor. This fixed my issue and the air conditioning is working properly. The price for service seemed reasonable and in alignment with the market. Highly recommend this business and specifically Enrique.

I have worked with Alternative Aire for three years now, from maintenance to minor and major repair to full heat pump replacement. I have never had any complaints, and if I ever came close to having one they were able to provide a resolution or offer a reasonable compromise. They are not driven by sales, so they are trustworthy in the products and services they offer rather than pushing to do something you either don’t want or don’t need to do. Besides special mention of Aaron, who has always been incredibly helpful, insightful, and honest, everyone at the company has been brilliant with regards to customer service and support. As a smaller company, they may not be able to handle after hours emergencies as quickly, but they will often refer you to another reliable local business who can help if they can’t, which is an indication of their true commitment to service over sales/profits. Greatly appreciate and highly recommend them.

I had them over for a tune-up in July for my 4-year old central air unit. Come October and my furnace wasn’t working because of a broken limit switch sensor. Something they should’ve clearly been able to spot during the tune-up.
