Tech-On-Deck was recommended to us by multiple neighbors. They promptly came out to give us an estimate for a new heat pump, and walked me through the pros and cons of different options. After gathering several other estimates, we found that their pricing was by far the best. The team that came to install the system (Bradley, Hunter, and Kessel) was great to work with and they gladly worked around some obstacles in our yard. They were professional, detailed, and diligent as a team.

These guys are awesome! Don’t think twice about calling them to help you with anything HVAC related. I’ve called them for two different houses and both times had a great experience. Shout out to Justin and Shane were super professional and took care of our issues quickly!

Had our annual inspection of our HVAC system. Alden checked out everything and did some minor cleaning for the winter. We were going to purchase a programmable thermostat, however Alden checked ours and discovered it was a programmable one just in an installation mode so he programmed our HVAC for us! i love this company. i just found them last year and it is so nice to have tyler out to tune up my system. he is so personable and knowledgeable. it is great to get the same guy who remembers you and what is going on with your system. their prices are very competitive and they don't find a $500 issue every time they visit. can't recommend them enough.

I love these people!! When I first moved to Durham a few years ago we had an AC issue and they came promptly, discovered it hadn't been cleaned in probably years, and after cleaning it out and fixing one part, I had an affordable and positive solution. We now have a service contract for them to come twice a year and have had no issues sense. My mom just moved here and needed help when the HVAC went out during intense heat. They didn't have openings for 2 days, but then after a cancelation were able to fit her in the next day. They remembered me, were so kind to her, and helped her with a major revamp of her fuse box to update her electrical system to better support the HVAC and hot water heater. They only charged her for parts and their visit with no extra fees and even came back later that week for a discounted rate when something else popped up. I can't say enough of how kind, thorough, reasonable, and helpful they are. They're true gems!

Tyler was fast, thorough, and polite. He got here about 2 hours after I made the appointment, so he was quick too. His diagnoses was clear and he examined all possibilities.
