Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning

I've worked with Marsh Heating and Air over the last 10 years. They taken great care of the 20 year plus units I inherited when I bought my house. Rather than pressure me to buy a new unit throughout that period, Mr. Marsh and his crew took great pains at minimal cost to keep them running. Now that one of my units has expired, he gave me a fair quote on a new one and then tuned up my other unit at no charge as a thank you for my business and referrals over the years. Wonderful people, fair prices, and prompt service.

Love this company! My realtor introduced me to them when I was buying a home, and the inspector flagged that the HVAC warranted further inspection. The seller said she just had the HVAC serviced (by another company) and showed me the report that said everything was fine. I had Marsh come out to get a second opinion and turns out there was a major problem that resulted in a lot of negotiation power for me. Seller's vendor came back out to check again and basically said "oops, we missed that". I ultimately hired Marsh to replace the unit - not only did I trust them more but they beat others' estimates - and now I continue to use them for maintenance on a rental property as well. I only wish I had found them sooner! Extremely reasonable, trustworthy, and professional.

These folks are the BEST!!! Fixed a heating issue last fall for me very efficiently and affordably so they were the only place I knew I wanted to call when my AC stopped working this week. Angie fit me in to their very busy schedule and Roland identified the problem quickly and fixed my system without breaking the bank. I really appreciate their transparency and excellent service. These are the only folks I'll ever call.

Marsh is now AC Medic. Different owners but the same key HVAC experts are at the helm. I've been happy with Marsh over the 20 years I've worked with them. They installed my last gas pack in 2001.
