Austin was very prompt and professional diagnosing the issue with my air conditioner. I am back up and running same day as the issue occurred! He even answered a few questions I had on my furnace during the service! I will be using Moody again in the future.
John was able to come earlier than expected and on the same day that I called! He was a great guy! Very professional and personable. He found the problem quickly and replaced the faulty part. We had Moody install our new furnace and AC a couple years ago so they were still under warranty so we didn't have to pay for the part! We were very pleased overall. We won't hesitate to call them again.
Very timely response and the people are always pleasant. We had a new unit put in recently that unfortunately had a manufacturer issue. They came out immediately and resolved the issue.
