We signed up for a maintenance package and this fall was the first time we’d had them out. Maddix was great! He was thorough and fixed an issue we didn’t even know we had with our furnace. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely glad we chose them for our heating and air services!

FENIX was the contractor that did the original HVAC system install at our home, and we have contracted with them to do preventative maintenance checks on our system twice yearly as well. Caden, one of their reps, was extremely nice, understood the system well, offered some helpful advice for how to best care for the system, and overall was both friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend them for anyone in the area!

Of the 4 or 5 quotes that I got for replacing my HVAC system, I chose Fenix based on price, equipment and their polite explanation of the work to be done. Damian and Greg were the installers. They did a great job and explained everything to me. Fenix also registered the equipment and submitted the rebate paperwork for me. I am very happy with the product and the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Fenix!

Mattix was very personable. When he inspected my furnace he found that the igniter had quite a lot of white on it which could affect the furnace in the winter. I opted to purchase a new one so I wouldn’t have to worry in the winter. He replaced it, I paid him, he thanked me told me to have a nice evening and left. Joyce A Jones

I had the whole HVAC system replaced a couple of days ago and so far I'm loving the new system. The airflow from the registers throughout the house is noticeably stronger!! This Lennox system relaced an old Concord system that was 21 years old. The Concord AC died completely but the furnace still worked. I thought it best to replace everything.
