I am so thankful for the workers (Drew in Wichita,KS) honesty and integrity, so many company are dishonest and don't take responsibility or fix a mistake in an honest upstanding way. I appreciate the moral of titan mechanical and "Cody" for taking my emergent call and sending a worker immediately as well as working with me quickly fix before I had to be at work. Pride and greed do not build solid foundation but humility and honesty builds community/family and trustworthy company integrity with transparency. Titan mech is a great company in my experience and and hires honorable technicians workers. Thank you!!! Good on you! Additionally they don't speak to me or treat me like a woman as if I don't know what I'm talking about or won't understand and they clearly don't take advantage of or lie to women. Omg! My grandparents and my son and I were in misery. Luckily it was the end of the hot season but it was still too hot in my house. Cody was amazing getting things shuffled around so we could get in the same week instead of having to wait a whole week to get in. Then the next day Logan and Westin came out. They got here right on time. They worked quietly and skillfully. They respected our house and the animals inside it. They had the ac working in an hour less than was originally quoted which was great too. All in all this was a great experience with a lot of smart men to help hold our hand through it. My grandpa was extremely impressed. We def will be using titan mechanical again in the future. They’ve proven that they go above and beyond. Would def recommend to anyone in a hvac related crisis! They’ll get you in and get the job done!!!

My AC went out over the weekend. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Titan Mechanical. They were able to get someone out that same day and he had the part on his truck so also fixed it. The service was great, and professional. I would use Titan again and recommend them highly.

I called Titan Mechanical on a Saturday morning to find out why my home's AC wasn't functioning properly. After a thorough inspection, they replaced a Control Board on our HVAC system and got us up and running. I appreciate the work they did for us.

Titan has been an amazing service provider. Earlier this summer our a/c stopped working on a Saturday night and they came out Sunday morning without charging extra. They were extremely helpful and didn’t push a new unit or anything extra. They just came for our fall maintenance and did a great job. Thank you

It wouldn’t let me write a 2nd review, so I’m doing it on my wife’s phone instead. Had a capacitor in my AC unit go out after various large storms in the neighborhood, and I fought with the AC for 5 days until I finally made the phone call. They picked up on the 2nd ring on a Saturday evening and were at my house, fixing the unit within 30 minutes. Less than an hour after making the call, my house was en route back to 70° from the 84° I was dealing with for days. Will never use anybody else for my AC/HVAC needs so long as I live. Thanks again!
