I recently had my furnace and AC replaced and they made the entire process quick and easy. They were able to complete the install the day after my quote! Craig did the initial consultation and was so nice, informative and patient. He took the time to explain the options and help me figure out what would be best for my 2 story house. The install team, Ty and Nate, were so efficient and respectful. They did a great job and everything looked perfect. I highly recommend this company!

I recommend them highly! They had to come twice for me. The first time I called complaining of loud noises but it seemed to work fine. The service person stayed 30 minutes and said there was nothing he could see that was wrong and didn’t hear the noise. Two days later he came back out and this time he determined it was the blower. He had to get the part, and put the new one in. He did a fantastic job! Knowledgeable, and didn’t think I was losing my mind the first time he came lol!

The crews at Aireserv are as pleasant and professional anyone could ask for. I had 2 HVAC units that needed to be completely replaced thanks to Jesse for diagnosing those issues). In addition, I wanted my air ducts and clothes dryer vent cleaned. Ethan, Ty, and Nate replaced our main floor unit on July 15, and Ethan, Ty, Tony, and Alec completed everything else July 29. They were efficient and worked hard in this awful heat. They were extremely cautious to avoid any damage to my home and they left everything in pristine condition. I will definitely use Aireserv for all my HVAC and duct cleaning needs in the future. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Craig from Air Serve sold my parents the top of the line furnace they offer against my professional advice and that is how i know he is the number #1 salesman when Kirk is out sick! Ethan and Nate were the technicians and they were professional, on time and said a lot of industry jargon that just seemed to make sense! Good work Air Serve!

Every person I've encountered here has been great. Nate helped us understand our outdated unit and need for an upgrade. Craig walked us through our choices and best fits, and Ethan and Ky installed it and left without even a trace they were here. Everyone is friendly, polite, amicable, and professional. Great customer service from multiple experiences!

Very happy with the services I have received from Eureka Heating &Cooling. I had them come and check over my furnace before winter and then last week they came for an air conditioning issue. My tech, Alec, was dispatched on both calls and I found him to be very knowledgeable, happy to answer all my many questions, personable and polite. I felt confident of his level of expertise. I would highly recommend them.

I loved knowing who was coming before they arrived. They sent a message with the technician’s name and picture! Jesse was very courteous and knowledgeable. My air conditioning is back up and cooling. Great job!!
