1 Source Heating and Cooling LLC delivered excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation to resolving the issue, which exceeded my expectations. I missed the technician on the first attempt because I had to leave the house during the service window for a family matter. They called to let me know they’d need to reschedule, but were gracious enough not to charge additional fees, which is their policy. The technician came out the very next day, assessed the problem, and found a wiring issue that needed to be addressed. He explained that he’d have to send in a request for approval before they could proceed, and once approved, they’d be back. At that point, I assumed I’d have to wait about a week for the approval and then a reschedule, which wasn't that big of a deal because we now knew what needed to be fixed and knew that it could be fixed, but that evening, our other air unit went out. The other air unit was helping to cool off the portion of the house where the original broken air unit wasn't, so it was unbearably hot in the house. I wasn't at the house the next morning but when I got back, I realized that I didn't call them to let them know about the 2nd air unit. At 1pm, I called to let them know, but before I could get anything out, the rep told me that the original repair had been approved and they’d be back the next day. I was surprised at how fast that got approved and how fast they could come back, but I also needed to tell her that now both units were out. She was extremely empathetic and understood immediately, and said she’d check if the technician could come that day instead of the next and promised to call back with an update. An hour passed and I hadn't gotten a call back so i figured that the tech didn't have the capacity, and she'd call back soon....but then I heard I knock on my door and it was Chris the technician! Even with a packed schedule, he was able to fit our air issues in his schedule. I’m forever grateful for their kindness, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Needs a zero star button. This company is unprofessional, does hold true to said obligations and is uneducated. This company replaced my ac unit, the ac starts randomly shutting off. I had a different company to come service the ac. The company stated the ac unit is too big for my current furnace so my Home warranty hooked me back up with 1source. 1 source says that issue is impossible (completely not accurate) 1 source was also aware of all said details from the previous tech before they arrived and refuses to look into the issue because now it’s now a furnace issue. That was obvious and this company caused the issue yet refuses to take ownership. This company also came out look at my system and said nothing was wrong give us a call once it shuts off again so we can grab the error code from the FURNACE, I did that and the tech never showed back up. 3weeks later the ac is completely down and the tech literally shows up says I have a furnace issues and that I need pay the fee and r/s. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here. Now I have to redetail all these events to the the home warranty company and previous techs to help hold this company accountable.

I gave 1 star for the technician. Because he was nice. If I could have put 0, I definitely would have. This company was sent to service my air conditioning system by my "scam warranty company". I waited from Monday, June 24th until the evening of Friday, June 28th for a diagnosis of the problem. They put in a diagnosis of "not normal wear and tear " on a 43 year old unit. I was blown away. I then spoke with one of their "receptionist" who told me that, "the home warranty asks for that so they can deny my claim". Which is fine, I'll handle that separately. But I ASKED for an estimate for repair of my condeser and recoil, I believe that is what it's called, in which she said that I would have one in the next 15 minutes to an hour. That was Saturday, June 29th it is now Wednesday, July 3rd. I have since had a reputable company Academy Air/Morisson Heating and Cooling come to my home on Tuesday, July 2nd and install an entirely NEW air conditioning system in my home. I don't mind spending the money, especially with my people. But you have to be more professional and about the business. This is a good example of being too "hood" and "hip" to handle business. I don't recommend this company, but to each his own. My experience was not good. And I STILL have NOT received any responses from them.

Great experience. My AC went out 3 days before I had an out of the country vacation planned. When i called they set up an appointment the next day. Technician came out early and had to battle the rain but still managed to replace a part. Was extremely nice and helpful.

Had a home warranty issue and 1 Source came out assessed the issue. Completed the work and there was a slight drip after the repairs. Today a tech came out and fixed the drip. With the quick fix my prior 4.5 stars is now a 5 star review! I really do appreciate the front end dispatcher (Keisha I hope that’s how she spells it), Chris a tech who has been out a few times over the years as well as Van and Marquis (I hope that’s how he spells his name) the last two techs who came out recently. Thank you 1 Source.

Chris came and fixed our A/C issue then suggested how to keep our aging system going. I had had another company tell me I needed to replace the whole unit and it was leaking refrigerant. He tightened a valve and said it was all good. 1 Source's price for topping up the refrigerant was less than half what the other company was offering. I would highly recommend him and this company to do all your HVAC work. They are competent and fair.
