We had our windows cleaned on the Friday before the most recent storm that damaged a lot of trees in town and the state penitentiary. The next day our windows were covered with leaves and debris. That afternoon (Saturday), after he had been working all day, Shane came back and re-cleaned our windows at no cost. What more needs to be said? The owner of the company comes back on a weekend and repeats the work from the day before for at his own expense. He said he wanted happy customers. To us he earned more than that. We are very happy, loyal customers now! Thank you Shane!

Best service ever! Spectacular quality. Have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience. Left a message off hours to Clarity and Shane called me back the next day. He came out to our house and gave us an estimate using his phone, providing myself with varying options of cleaning levels (depending on the amount of cleaning necessary) and also discounts for signing up to do repeated cleanings. He did not push for the highest service, actually suggested the mid level for what he thought was necessary (some spotting from rain and hard water). We setup a time about a week out. I received a couple of emails from them as the day approached just confirming my appointment. We had to reschedule once since it was <20F, they were able to fit us in the next day. After rescheduling, I received another confirmation email with the new time. Got a call day of and Shane let me know they were running about 45min late. They arrived almost exactly 45min late, not a big deal since we did not need to be home. A two man crew got our entire house done in about 2 hours. They were careful with their ladders against the house for our second story windows. Quality, SPECTACULAR! The windows were as clean as new. Zero streaks or grime in the corners. All of the water spotting (which I couldn't remove with standard cleaner) was completely gone. All this service was under $125 with no contract. It's refreshing to have a company provide both excellent customer service and execution.

The 2 man crew worked efficiently and quickly. They never made a sound, they were polite. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend them to anyone needing their windows cleaned. We will definitely use them as our annual window cleaning go to company.

Working with Clarity was great. I had to coordinate my window cleaning with getting new storm windows installed, which ended up resulting in me having to reschedule my cleaning...twice. They were super nice about it which was a relief. As for the cleaning, they exceeded my expectations. The windows are super clean and I couldn't be happier. And all for a very reasonable price.
