Edward was so polite and explained everything in detail. He graciously worked me in because he was in the area. Kay the office manager also was so sweet and I could tell she really cares about her customers!!
The worst air company ever. Horrible service ! I have never seen service this bad. Now it makes sense to me why they have many one star reviews . Becareful people before you call and trust this company !!! 100 % garbage !!!
If you are building with anyone who uses this company RUNNNNNNN!!!!! They are awful, the customer service is HORRIBLE! I’ve had issues from day one! For the first 3 months of being in a brand new home my light bill was $500-800 due to the electrical wiring being incorrectly installed. The heat never turned off unless I turned it off. The technician who came out corrected the wiring issue. Fast forward to summer, my son’s room was so hot he started to have asthma attacks in his sleep. They stated he needed to keep his door open which is bizzar! We did so and the temperature was still 7 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, they came back and ran a separate line to his room only for it to still be hot! Now we are back to the winter season and there’s zero heat coming from the master vent so we have been sleeping in socks and clothing to stay warm without turning the heat over 74 upstairs. We are constantly getting furnace alerts saying it’s running more than 3 hours and they are telling me it’s normal whereas the ecobee reps are telling us this is an issue that needs to be resolved! $250k with a $2,100 mortgage payment for a new construction home not to have proper heating is outrageous
Horrible company! Had a brand new house built and we had issues with the system before we even moved into our home. Do not let this company install a system in your home. You will constantly be paying to have parts replaced and randomly coming home to find your heating or air isn’t working. Customer service was horrible! We had to go stay with family before because it was too hot in the house for our children to stay in and they waited to send a technician out. Woman at the front desk did not care whatsoever. 3 years later we are still dealing with problems from this unit.
Buyer beware! Would give 0 stars if I could. Comfort Air did not register the 10-year warranty on the system they installed as subcontractors when our house was constructed. Now we’re paying $13,000 to have our entire 7-year-old HVAC replaced because the compressor blew on our Goodman (bottom of the line) unit.
I called the vendor I have used for another problem to work on my AC that was not cooling. The diagnosis was there is a leak in the evaporator coil that means it will have to be replaced. At that point I found that the system is no longer under warranty by less than 2 weeks. We bought this house new. I called the installer to find out why they had not registered it for the 10 year warranty. The lady quickly let me know that they left it up to the homeowner to register the system. I think there reason for doing that is garbage and gives them an excuse they can rely on when someone calls with a problem, but I’ll give her a reluctant pass on that. Then I asked her if she would call the manufacturer to help get the warranty extended. She absolutely refused, no matter how much I argued with her, saying that she had called before and had never gotten a warranty extended. Note that I have many times had to call places like the IRS to get them to reverse something to help a client, so I know how to this professionally and get a good result for the client. The only thing she did was give me the customer service number for the manufacturer. The told me what I needed to send for them to consider the extension. That was last Friday and I sent the information to them on Saturday. It is now Tuesday, 4 days later and I have found out from my current vendor that they have the new coil and that it is replaced under warranty. I will certainly let everyone who asks me about Comfort Air about their total lack of effort to help.
Installed our 3 systems (2 standard HVAC) and 1 Mitsubishi split systems for an upscale workshop and have serviced us for almost 5 years. I would recommend them, as did our custom home builder. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and responsible.
