I like to use local business as much as possibe, but I cannot recommend this company to do residential boiler work. LT Heating installed our new boiler system and then we chased a recurring ignition failure problem for over 2 yrs. They couldn't figure it out and with their communication with the boiler manufacturer, they couldn't solve the problem that way either. Fast-forward to now when we contacted another boiler company who very quickly found that the way LT Heating set up primary/secondary piping was probably incorrect. Should not have been piped directly to the boiler. There should've been secondary piping system installed and the spiral vent was in the wrong spot, as well. I called the boiler manuafacturer tech support and they agreed that there were several problems with the way LT Heating did this installation. Another basic thing that LT Heating did not do is put a drain valve on the water heater they installed. So, there is no way to properly drain the water heater to remove sediment. Didn’t even offer a suggestion to put one on. Very dissapointed in these findings, and cannot recommend them for boiler repair or installation.

I've known the guys at LT for a long time. They're the only ones I call for issues with either our furnace or central AC system, and I highly recommend them!

Known these guys for 7+ years and I can tell you the work they do is the best in the business! Customer service is phenomenal to say the least! 10 of 10 would recommend over any other company!
