TMC Heating & Cooling

A few months back my wife and I were going back and forth with another HVAC company concerning some existing warrantied parts on our system that this one particular company had installed some years back. After going back and forth a few times and getting nowhere we decided to try TMC and get their professional opinion. Not only did I get an honest assessment at a reasonable price, I was also given the necessary information to communicate to the prior HVAC company concerning the warrantied parts, to which they promptly replaced. I would not have been able to get these issue resolved without the help from Tim at TMC Heating and Cooling. I will definitely be contacting TMC if and when I have any HVAC needs in the future.

Tim communicated our options clearly, explained the processes and the various parts to the new house A/C and Heater system well. His team did a fine job on installation and took care of our house with their attention to detail. They helped us with the paperwork for rebates and offered discounts. I had another company come out and do a service on my 4 year old unit. And told me it was starting on high amps. TMC tech came out Adolfo came out to diagnose my unit he found no problem with my system. He and his company basically saved me about $375.00 dollars on a part I didn’t need. So I immediately fired Derek Sawyers and hired TMC. I appreciate their honesty

TMC has been awesome to work with. They handled a reinstall and quoted us less than what the larger competitors did. They also came out at a last minute notice on a 100+ degree day to make sure we didn’t go without air. They are genuinely good people and it shows with how they conduct business. Highly recommend!

I hired TMC Mechanical to install 5 mini-split a/c units. Turns out the units condenser got mixed up part of the AC heads were hooked up to downstairs apartment and vice versa. No big deal things happen, right. I’m in escrow selling the property and they do an inspection and they find this out. This installation was done in February 2024 so I call the contract And asked if they could just reconnect to the proper condenser. They quoted me $1200 labor and $700 materials. This is for a project that was already And was hooked up to the wrong units wouldn’t you think? They would correct the problem that they created at no charge or a reasonable cost . nope. please consider this information

TMC is an absolutely AMAZING company. They installed new ducts, a house fan, and an attic fan in my house. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. I got multiple bids for my project from some really great companies, but TMC came out on top due to their knowledge base, their customer service, and their incredible prices. For any of your home heating or cooling projects, they really need to be a company that you call for a chance to get your business. Not doing so will most certainly be a regret. TMC has become my new go-to company for ALL of my heating and cooling needs. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any heating or cooling project for your home.

Excellent customer service! We got an appointment right away which is fantastic considering the heat. They Showed up exactly when they said they would, fixed the problem quickly, and at a great price. I highly recommend this company for heating and AC.
