Edwin showed up to work on my ac unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue promptly and cleaned up my ac unit afterwards. I would recommend this company based on my recent experience.

I have used C & M on serveral occasions at two different properties. The first time, they came out and fixed another company's mess that left us without AC on a 110 degree day. They came out after 6pm with no additional fee and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. They recently installed an AC unit at our current home, one day after diagnosis of the problem. Easy financing and absolutely fabulous customer service. If you need something done well, fast and reasonable, call C & M!!!

From the minute I explained my problem to the time they completed the repair they were absolutely professional and completely knowledgeable. The charge was reasonable and they best part is they stand behind the work. These days when you read a review sometimes you don't know if the people are really being truthful or if the review is from a friend or family member just to boost a company's rating and reputation. I am not a family member or friend. This is an honest, objective review. I have ORHP home insurance and had called the end of June 2020 for my AC to be looked at because of an unusual noise I was hearing. The other two vendors were horrible. One never showed and the other had such a scathing review that I never had contact with him. The first vendor did not come out as scheduled for either appt that THEY scheduled. This was piss poor customer service and unacceptable especially since we have been in triple digits for the past 2-3 weeks. Well this morning my insurance company called for C&M to come to my home. First, a professional sounding person called me. Second, the person came right out this morning as scheduled. His name was Devon. Third, he did not come out trying to sell me anything. Fourth, he discovered the problem right away. Replaced the part immediately. The whole encounter was only 30 minutes or so. Fifth, I asked him a question about the air flow in my home and the answer he gave was truthful because he described exactly what happens. I called the lady in the office named Mary to compliment Devon while Devon was working on the problem to let her know how pleased and happy I was with their timeliness, professionalism, not trying to take advantage of me or sell me things I didn't need, respectful of my property (he put on shoe protectors), and efficiency of work. I called my insurance company back to tell them how happy and satisfied I was with the service and unlike requesting that the other two vendors be REMOVED/ EXCLUDED from the service list I requested that they PLEASE KEEP C&M Air Conditioning on the service provider list. If anyone reads my review, I say with all confidence that I think them to be a good company and you should get good service from them.

The pro was great because he was happy, skilled and prepared. He was here.for the summer tune-up, making sure nothing looked like it would fail during the upcoming heat. While here, he used booties to keep my wood and carpet clean. Respectfully, he wore a mask. Replaced our filter. shared parts in unit looked strong, we should do well when summer hit. House is cool Price was right.. I like the peace of mind, knowing I’ve checked ahead of each season. Thanks for looking out for me!
