From sales to install, Joe East was great. Guy was able to get me a great estimate and made sure I was taken care of on the weekend and Keaton and Seth did a phenomenal job installing a new unit. They were very professional, personable and, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving.

Michael and Austin came out to install a new a/c unit. They did a great job! So professional and just fine young men, knowledgeable and kind. My grandchildren (ages 8, 6, and 5) asked lots of questions and they answered them with such kindness. We have used Joe East since 1984. Never have been dissapointed. Great job. Thank you!

Would give no stars or negative stars if I could. They installed a brand new (supposedly) unit three years ago and I have had nothing but problems. Not installed correctly, incorrectly wired, etc. Company has lied about me, the services they have provided and the parts they have installed. Would definitely not recommend them

Joe East performs maintenance on my HVAC system every 6 months. Some technicians are more thorough than others. For my most recent maintenance visit, Rob not only used an electrical meter to verify my circuit cards, he also cleaned the pine needles from inside my HVAC unit.

The service agreement I have with Joe East that calls for 2 visits a year is some of the best money I spend each year. The technicians catch a lot of issues before they become a catastrophic problem and are normally able to give me a heads up when it's time to replace a unit before it goes out. I've been a customer for 25 years now.

Let me tell you about James, your employees. He came to my home 6/4/25. I kinda expected the same service I had been getting in and out with in 30 to 40 minutes. Not with this young man James. I watched him do things that had not been done before. He is a very kind and respectful and GODLY young man. Thank you Joe East, for having hard working men to care for your customers. God Bless.

Joe East has been our go to for everything AC. One of our AC units went out. They replaced the unit very quickly. I've had several calls out to them, they're always on point. All the techs are great to work with.
