Alligate-Aire LLC Heating And Air Conditioning

I contacted Alligate-Aire because of the number of great reviews that he had. When Harrison came out to look at the unit he found it was over pressured with Freon. He lowered the pressure but told me about several concerns that he still had about the unit after he made the repair. Unfortunately, after the repair, the compressor locked up, which was one of the concerns that he had told me about. He had to search around to find a comparable compressor and came back and did the install on a Saturday once it arrived. He went above and beyond to help get this unit back in a timely manner. Definitely will use again.

Mywife and I are retired and on a fixed income. We've had G arry from Alligate-Aire out to our house 3 times in the last six months. In April, our furnace went out. He said he could fix it, but he noticed that our water heater was in danger of blowing a valve and was already leaking a little. He advised us to hold off on getting the furnace fixed(winter was nearly over) and to get the water heater fixed first. That showed us what kind of man he is! Last week, in October, we finally got him back for our furnace and he finished the job way faster than we thought it would take, saving us another hour if labor! When the furnace stopped agin, he came back the next day abd cleaned a valve that had not been part if the furnace he had worked on, at no charge! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH!!! And will definitely call him again the next time we need HVAC help!

We have used this guy 3 or 4 times as we have 3 units attached to our home and his prices are more than fair and he is always there when he says he will be and a great commutator. Updated May 2025. We got several quotes for replacing one of our units and Alligate-Aire LLC was the cheapest by $5,000. Very honest, kind guy.

Harrison provided EXCELLENT service to me in Shreveport. He was diligent in solving the issue with my AC. After communication with me, he ordered the parts needed, and came back to my home to make the repair. He was quick and efficient. I was having issues with my furnace, come to find out the motor went out. He could have told me that I had to buy a new one for a $1,000. But he took the time to contact the company to see if they would honor the warranty. Thank the Lord, it was still under the warranty and he came out and fixed it. He is the only person I will be using for my air condition / furnace. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and goes the extra mile to please his customers. I am so grateful that I found him.
