FYI, I could not be happier with the work done by Larry and his helper today. Yesterday, he called to see if it would be okay to do the work today. This morning, he contacted me to show me exactly what they were going to do. This afternoon, He showed me the work done on the roof and above the ceiling in the pool area before replacing the tiles covering it up. After that they vacuumed the entire end of the pool deck cleaning up after themselves. I have never had a better experience with a set of plumbers before. I told them how much I appreciated them but I don't believe they totally understood how much I really did. I would definitely love to use them anytime we needed help with a plumbing issue. Truth be told I only have good comments for any employee I've delt with from Storer Services. Mark has helped me on numerous occasions, sometimes for hours hunting down issues. David has always come through finding and pricing what we needed no matter how big or small. I just wanted to say thank you for all that y'all do for us. I wish I knew someone above y'all to tell this too but I at least wanted y'all to know.

In walmart lot while sitting in my truck abt to get out. STORER SERVICES truck #109 pulled abt 6 inches away from my vehicle. I opened the door and said I have a wheelchair to get out. He shrugged his shoulders and said it is what it is and proceeded to get himself and son out to go in. Forced me to move my vehicle after I was in process of getting out. What a douche. I hope this isn't an owner acting like an idiot.

Been doing business with this company for years now, and have always been provided quality service by their technicians and staff. In my experience you're treated like a friend first, and a customer second. Everyone is incredibly personable and treats you like an individual. Storer has been great to work with! Melissa is always helpful in their Client Services group. Paul is a giant problem-solving brain. Chris has been working hard installing our new controls system after a lightning strike. We miss the extraordinary energy savings and look forward to the completion of this project. Our Entergy bill has doubled this past month, primarily due to our controls being damaged. I highly recommend this company because of its people.
