Peak Heating and Cooling

Just had a great experience with Ely B this morning. I had to get on to say how easy, seamless and painless he made today’s visit. He arrived and got right to work on the issue and within an hour had my furnace up and running again after being out of commission for 3 weeks due to the Nest Thermostat I had taking a dump. I decided to upgrade to Peaks Thermostat and I must add it is so modern, the lights in the display are amazing and you can even change them. I am now scheduled for maintenance in the fall to maintain good furnace health. Friendly service, great customer service and affordable! I will be using them for all of my future needs.

Angel, Drew, and especially Josiah and Ryan did an exceptional job on our installation. It was same day service. We feel we paid a fair price for the furnace and the installation crew were informative and diligent.

Irving and Chris were great with my animals, especially with my ESA dog Lottie. She loved playing with them for a moment before they started. Irving even gave Lottie a treat.

Josiah reylie and zabe the install team was amazing very professional hard working guys make sure everything was installed and clean there's something that I do like my frustration is that I was promised that everything would be in at the same time in the electrician would be here too also I was told from the first installer crew that I would be getting a new Platinum on top of the Furnace in the garage and that didn't happen me and my wife was really hoping to have a cool night tonight but don't look like it's going to be that it's 102 outside but my units look good looks property installed just need them to be able to come on I took a picture of the plenum That the other installers said would be new That he ordered

Absolutely would recommend Peak Heating & Cooling. Process was very easy tech Josiah and his team were on-time all three of the gentleman was extremely friendly. It started pouring down raining right when they were almost finished and Josiah kept right on working through the heavy rain. Marlon who I spoke with initially was very professional as well and reached back out when he hadn’t heard back from me. He walked me through the process & paperwork.
