Fantastic work. Very communicative during the entire process and I felt like a valued customer and partner. Noah is the man! Super friendly guy and open to questions and troubleshooting right away! I got the furnace tuneup and Noah installed some gas shut off valves for my range and dryer.

Moose, you're spoiling us, sir. Thanks for tag teaming this boiler issue of ours. Noah started us off with the diagnostic, new pump, and workaround. Moose got us up and running with the replacement actuator and some electrical reconfiguration, and now we're flowing in the right direction, literally! Platinum Heating quickly respond after our previous service company wouldn't come for several day. Our elderly condominium co-owners need quick service when it comes to heating and cooling. Platinum filled the bill. Noah worked us into his busy schedule because he understood the importance of getting our elderly resident her heating unit functional. He went over and above to get the parts need to get her condo heat. We have a new go to heating service company.
