Where do I start! I was having problems with my Kohler generator not working properly. I replaced the fuel regulator. Not the problem. Suspected the carburetor. But before I purchase. I decided to call a company for a technician to come and diagnose the problem. I called RedAlert and after speaking with Judy. I was so impressed by her knowledge, efficiency and compassion that I told her to send me someone. Well that’s when I met Rob! It is truly a pleasure to meet someone so knowledgeable with their craft. Rob, diagnosed, ordered parts and made repairs. I highly recommend this company to anyone having generator problems. Definitely 5 stars
