Definite Electric, LLC

I first meet David with Definite Electric back in July 2025. I needed replacement/upgrading of my electrical panels. Great to work, excellent installation, and very fair pricing. But today, during my daughter's birthday party, we experienced a separate electrical issue, that would have ruined what was supposed to be a pool party. I immediately called David, on a Sunday. Within 1 hour, he was on-site to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Definite Electric saved the day and ensured this memory for my daughter. Cheers to David.

We recently had a transfer switch installed, and Carlos was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how everything worked in simple terms, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with the new setup. What stood out most was how thoughtful and detail-oriented he was—he didn’t just get the job done, he made sure it was done right. He answered all of our questions without rushing, double-checked the work to ensure safety, and even offered tips that will help us in the long run. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares as much about the people as they do about the job itself, but Carlos was both personable and skilled. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with this kind of work.

My first (and definitely not the last) experience with Definite Electric went so smoothly. Carlos arrived during the time window that was given. He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, told me what he was going to do before doing it and made sure I understood. Carlos was very clean as well, put booties on to keep floors clean and vacuumed up any mess that happened during his work. I highly recommend. Excellent work Definite Electric!!!

Dave and his crew came and installed a 220 outlet for a dryer in my new home. He sent me a quote, set up the date, and got the job done. Great work, great price, great guy. Would highly recommend!

I hesitated to make this review for 2 reasons: 1. I almost never never do, 2. I don’t want this company to grow exponentially and loose the amazingness of their service. Definite Electric and in particular Dave are the epitome of great service. You don’t get to see that often nowadays, specially in Houston. Dave was super reachable, responsive, accessible and fast!. He came to our property on the same day for one service. He is so polite, nice and professional. But most importantly he is so knowledgeable and skillful and will be able to solve any electrical problem you may have. I highly recommend this service

David (and Carlos) were super legit. Came in, assessed the parts of the system that allowed a power surge to fry our fridge, and gave three options without leaning on the most expensive. (All were reasonable.) Super polite, respectful, and prompt. By the next day, the entire job was done. Will call them if there’s ever an issue in the future. Thanks, guys!

My EV’s Level 2 charger blew out the power to my house, and I needed immediate service. I couldn’t have been luckier to find Dave and his crew. His technician quickly got the power back on and recommended installing a main breaker switch to prevent future issues. Dave came out himself to install both the new charger and the breaker, and had everything up and running in no time. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. Not only was he on time—he even texted to ask if he could come early! A truly dream experience.
