Very satisfied with the service and product. All work started and completed on schedule. All on site installers were professional. Office staff responsive to inquiries. We received estimates from four companies. We selected this company for the great feedback we received while obtaining estimates. We also liked that the contract did not contain a mandatory arbitration clause. Total time from signing the contract to complete installation was about 5-6 months. Just do your homework by educating yourself on whole house generator systems which is what we did and that is why we used this company.

The service technician, James, came out to the house within 45 minutes of my call to Generator Power Systems. He diagnosed the problem immediately (dead battery) replaced it and did a thorough review of the system. As the new home owner who inherited the system, he patiently went through the entire maintenance and outage process with me in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company and James to anyone.

Great communication: from sales rep, to installation team, to office staff. Each step of the process went flawlessly--pad pouring, electricians, plumbers, delivery team, and final install with set-up and tutorial for us to learn about the generator and its usage. GPS is one of the best companies I have had work done for the house. After an initial phone/text tag, it was a seamless process. Ryan, Joel and Brandon did an excellent job that they were responsible for. The office staff- Veronica and Mia at the office were very courteous and respectful while resolving any issues. We are glad we went with Generator Power Systems and Kohler. the sales staff was up front and well informed. they presented thorough information about product, system warranty/guarantees, reputation, pricing, installation process and timing. Each of the stages of install were professionally done. pad, generator placement, gas line install, electrical wiring and switches etc, coordination w gas company for pressure regulator installations, and final turn on/test/tutorial James did a great job on the final hand over. very informative, professional, thorough and helpful. We're now glad we have our backup power, with its support plan to keep it running.
