It's my first time here. I was looking for a chandelier cable, but they did not have the right size. Edgar provided excellent service by offering suggestions for other types of wiring.
A great electrical and pump supply store. They have other items as well. This was the only place I could find a specific water pump I needed for a Convair evap cooler. At least the only place that didn't charge several gimme dollars.
I wanted to get a comparison quote and called on a Friday. I was asked to send an email with the parts I wanted quoted and I did, but I never got a reply that the email was received or an expected date of delivery for the quote. I called 5 days later left 2 voicemails and did not get a response. So i called the on day 6 and I finally got a hold of the gentlemen that told me to send him a the information needed. When I asked him if he had received my email he said yes and when I asked him if he would have ready soon he said sir I am really behind on my work. Don't need things done immediately after request but would like a timeline just to know. Bad experience.
I got to summit and sat down and waited, little did I know there was an employee and a customer talking about something, not even important... so after they finish their conversation the Summit employee decides to ask me what I needed . Didn’t appreciate getting acknowledged 5 minutes after sitting at the desk when everybody is , so, pressed for time. My visits to Summit are usually 20+ minutes. Considering most of the time it’s picking up stuff that’s already been ordered. Customers come first Summit. Gotta work on that customer service
Approx 15-20 mins waiting time in the lane. However great positive outlook friendly sale representative take good care of the customers!
These guys are professional and helped me with an order from my dad in Georgia and were so sweet, I got my fluke meter and they got a forever customer!
Excellent service, always helpful, good prices, and if they dont have what youre looking for, they will provide suggestions on where you can find it
