This location is actually pretty well stocked. They had all the products we went in there looking for. The prices weren’t too bad either. We found a dope shop vac on sale for $70 (including the filter) it works so good on our wood floors.

This rating is in response to a deeply disappointing interaction with an associate named John in the appliance section on 9/19/25. His behavior toward an 83-year-old woman and myself was condescending and unacceptable, especially after we had completed a purchase. No customer, especially a senior should be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I commend Lina and Aidan for their exceptional customer service. Both went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of a stove and vacuum. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression and deserve 5 stars. I strongly recommend that Lowe’s evaluate John’s conduct and customer service approach.

I used Lowe’s curbside pickup for the first time today and it was awful. I arrived, checked in, and waited 1 hour and 19 minutes before finally going inside to ask about the delay. Apparently, only one worker was handling curbside while others appeared to be standing around. Enrique assisted me, understood my frustration, and made sure all my bins were in good condition before loading them into my vehicle. (One of the bins originally pulled for my order had a hole in it—whoever gathered it clearly didn’t check properly and needs retraining.) Enrique was great and deserves recognition for his professionalism, but Lowe’s as a company needs to do much better!

I ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe’s. The problem was delivery. The company contracted to deliver is called Maersk Final Mile. They are also listed as DSI logistics on the Maersk web page. It took three attempts over five days to finally deliver my washer and dryer. 1st attempt I left clear instructions to call my wife when they arrived. She was the only home and never received a call or text. They just left. Got an automated text later saying my order was delivered. 2nd attempt was rescheduled two days later. I received an automated text saying they would arrive at 3:30 pm. I waited in front of my home starting at 2:30. No show. I called Maersk Last Mile. In the same phone call they told me two things. The driver told the dispatcher that he couldn’t get ahold of me or my wife, but the same team also said that my wife told the delivery team she wanted to reschedule. I guess they’re mind readers. We never saw or talked to them. Again, no phone calls or texts. 3rd attempt I called Maersk Last Mile as soon as they accepted calls first thing in the morning. 6:30am. I asked that the dispatcher call the driver and ask him to call me before they arrive to verify that they actually can communicate with me. They refused. I escalated the call to two different managers until they agreed. Guess what? Still no phone call from the driver. Again I waited in front and was lucky the delivery team showed up this time. I had to miss two days of work for this delivery, and used precious PTO. I have proof from AT&T that the delivery team never called or texted us when they said they did. Even politicians are more truthful than these guys.

I purchased a set of tire tools and placed them in my trunk. When the time came to use them, I realized they were missing an essential component and didn’t work as they were supposed to. I returned to the store and asked for either a replacement or a refund. Initially, I spoke with the person behind the counter, but it was clear from his demeanor that he wasn't interested in helping, despite me having a receipt. The manager was then called, but, unsurprisingly, he sided with his employee and refused to assist me as well. From the start, I had a bad feeling about their customer service. I strongly advise against doing business with this store, as you might end up losing your money. The local community is increasingly frustrated with how Lowe's treats its customers. They don't seem to listen to the people who have supported them from the beginning to be there.

I think the staff at this location are incentivised based on how unhelpful and rude they can be. Only one person really attempted to help, and the person at checkout was just downright rude. The other reviews about this location stating that the employees aren't helpful, are EXTREMELY ACCURATE. I would go here only if you know exactly what you want, exactly where it is in the store, and if you can pretend to be mute, so the staff don't have to talk to you.
