Storm Guardian Generators

Jacob and Storm Generators were great. Kept to schedule, handled the issues that popped up in my installation (small gas leak not related to them), and were flexible on training me up. Generac is a very good product. I got the mid size generator. The guys who poured the slab and dropped off the item were great too. We have over 5 people in our neighborhood who generators now. Thanks Jacob.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everybody we dealt with at SGG was professional and detail oriented. They were also very timely, even with having to deal with permitting and inspections with the city of Austin and the gas company. Last week the power went out for over 12 hours due to the storms and the generator kicked in within seconds and worked great! I have had nothing but a great experience with Storm Gaurdian Genertors. The communication was excellent and follow up and time frame for work was spot on. After the initial install, we noticed a small issue which I asked Jacob about. He was receptive and worked to help make it right. The initial install was done per code and what we spoke about but after running it we noticed an issue with an air intake into the garage. The exhaust had made its way into the garage even with the accepted distance from any window or vents due to the placement of the vent. Jacob and his team came back out and moved the generator back an additional 10 feet to solve the issue. The service and the understanding from Jacob and his team were exceptional. I highly recommend them for your generator needs.
