Mend Services

I called Mend Services to help me with my water heater that I knew needed replacing. They dispatched Mark to come the next day and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to move things around and work late to make sure I had a new water heater the day after he gave me a consultation. I ended up also signing up for their service agreement and feel great about knowing I have a whole team that I can call when problems arise.

Big shoutout to Mark at MEND Services !! He killed it! Super straight-up, no BS, and handled everything start to finish. Not only did he install our water softener, but he patched up the drywall AND fixed the outside bricks after installing a pipe so we didn’t even need another contractor. He even double checked all the water inside the house which made us feel 100% taken care of. Honestly, 10/10 recommend !! dude’s a legend!

Mark Akers came out to help with some leaks and to check on a toilet install. He arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and efficient in getting everything done. If I ever need to use a plumbing service again, I’ll call Mend and ask for Mark specifically. We need more tradespeople like him.

Mark came out to help with a clogged kitchen sink. He was very respectful and kind when helping us out. At first he snaked the drain but it wasn’t long enough so he had to get different equipment that could go further. He assured us that everything will be fine and taken care of. Mark and his colleague was able to clear the clog with the other equipment. Great service and will use again!

What an amazing company! They were able to show up on site same day, Mark A. was incredible. He gave me options for my project, giving me the pros and cons of each. He was knowledgeable and kind. What great customer service!

Our hot water heater went out and Elaine was super great at getting us scheduled quick! We also decided to have it relocated. They were able to come out the next day. Mark and Tim were our plumbers - super friendly and left things super tidy (the garage was cleaner when they left than when they got here!). Brandyn was super quick with the electrical work. I was impressed with how fast everything got done. We are Menders for life!

Mark was exceptional! He arrived earlier than expected and was thorough not only in helping me fix my dish washer issues but also explaining everything to me along the way. He was so kind and even made sure my dogs had a tv show to watch before he left. I had the best experience and would HIGHLY recommend his work!
