Precision Outdoor Power

I’d recommend purchasing parts, equipment, and chains from them but never allowing them to work on your equipment. I had my MS201 T serviced by them. I asked them to do a full service and cleaning. The service took longer than expected and when I went in to pick it up the saw had not been cleaned. The gentleman I received the saw from was polite, apologized, and proceeded to do an insufficient cleaning. I was charged for "servicing of air filter" and the air filter appeared to have never seen any service(it had wood shavings on it still). I ran the saw on a hot day while removing a 8" branch from a mesquite and it did not function as it had prior to the servicing. I chalked it up to the heat. I ran it recently on an 80 degree day and the saw will not run properly. I removed the spark plug and found minor damage to it. This could be an unfortunate accident but I have heard similar experiences from coworkers. I’ll still buy chains from them and check their used equipment for sale but never get service done there again. This is a saw I purchased from them several years ago and it has been an amazing purchase.

This business is a rare gem. Precision’s employees are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoy their jobs. Dusty and Eddie were particularly helpful and awesome. I’d love to work for them some day (although I’m not a mechanic) because these folks take their jobs seriously- and they’re helping people. Thank you so much Precision Outdoor Power!

I called them up for some information on generators, they answered my questions and were very knowledgeable and helpful and not to mention "very friendly ". Definitely would recommend

Excellent information/recommendations given by the individual that answered the phone. VERY knowledgeable about the older JCPenney tiller I have. If needed I’ll bring it to them to inspect drive belts/possible clutch action 50 stars (I’ll have to remove one belt.)

What a great experience!!!. Had a problem with our Honda 2000i inverter/ generator. They were able to repair the same day. Explained everything that was done. Very professional, would highly recommend.

This outdoor power tools and repair facility did a really great job with my job site and power outage generator . As I'm dropping off the generator, they explained everything very thoroughly what needs to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate. When I came to pick it up they explained the work performed and the itemized invoice. Also the price was reasonable. I would totally return to Precision Outdoor power in the future.
