My service technician, Erick Greenhouse, arrived promptly and immediately began the task at hand. He was professional and courteous. He was very thorough, took his time and explained step by step what he was doing and what he expected to accomplish. In this day in age, it is extremely rare to have service provided consistently and in such a professional manner. I am extremely pleased and grateful to have Erick as my service technician. Not only would I recommend Erick to everyone, but I would definitely want Erick to return to perform the required maintenance. 5-star performer delivered a 5-star performance.

Florida Power House did an excellent job installing a generator at a commercial property for me. They are honest, fair, and competitively priced. Their team is knowledgeable and responsive. Guillermo, the owner, is a nice person to deal with. I strongly recommend them for installing generators.

I called because my generator stopped working. The technician came out, diagnosed a bad circuit breaker, and said he needed to order the part. When he came back, he brought the wrong breaker — and I was charged $370 for the visit, even though the generator was never fixed. Now they want another $700 just to replace the circuit breaker. That’s over $1,000 total for a breaker replacement, and I still have no working generator. --- Hopefully wrapping this up, your team has done service on my generator multiple times, the 350 diagnostic was not included in the estimate I approved. Which is the upsetting part.
