Knowledgeable staff and just a fun place to go to you know a man came type stuff

Wanted to pickup our tractor and get the price, was quoted $3,500. They called to tell us the dash light was on constant on a brand new instrument console. They said it would cost $250 more for alt. Then it went up to $4,000, we called to talk to mgr, then it went up $500 more, we called to ask why. Then they raised it to Total $5,500. Don't question anything or they keep gouging you! For no reason! Never again

I live on the East Coast and had an issue with my new tractor. It was sitting in the road and wouldn’t move. All the local dealers were closed and I picked a random dealer on the west coast and gave these guys a call. They were awesome they spent several minutes with me on the phone walking me through the issue. I got the tractor running and got out of the road. It is one thing to have great customer service when someone just spent a bunch of money on a tractor at your dealership. It is a completely different level when you go out of your way to help some random guy on the other side of the country knowing you will never see a dime for your trouble .

Ben Garton was great. Handled my issue right out of the blue, (actually Kubota Orange!), before we had ever met! Thanks Ben!
