What a pleasure it was to have Mountain Service Company install our generator. Their professionalism, friendliness, honesty, integrity and impeccable communication, were all a delight to encounter. Everyone we met from mountain service company was wonderful. Additionally, their price was reasonable and fair. Their installers were very skilled and respected our space, leaving it clean and tidy each day they left during the installation process. We’re so pleased we found them - we’re so happy. And it gives us a tremendous peace of mind to know that when the power goes out we will be OK. We highly recommend Mountain Service Company.

Mountain Service installed a new 24 kilowatt backup generator and transfer switch on my home. It was a complex installation on a grade with a 100 foot electrical connection back to the main electrical panel. They did a quality job. The team on my install was lead by Ed and Joseph. They were extremely professional. I plan on using this company for all my future HVAC needs

So happy with the service we were provided by Mountain Service Company. Front office staff is helpful and responsive. And the staff that comes out to the house is knowledgeable, polite and clean. We've been so impressed and if have any issues in the future, will definitely call them again.

Wow!! What a great experience!! From the minute I called I was greeted with such a nice helpful response! The fees were all explained at time of scheduling which helped plan ahead. When the day arrived the technician called ahead to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was on time and very nice! He got right to inspecting and walked us through everything. All very helpful information. I am so happy google brought them to us! I would highly recommend! Thank you for your help!!

Can't say enough about how positive our generator installation with Mountain Service Company was. Great communication from the initial quote to the final walk-thru. The on-site team led by Edward was extremely clean and professional.

my generator broke down at the peak of the winter storms that were closing roads and testing the limits of everyone’s generators and they came out the same day to diagnose the issue. took a few days to complete the repair, in part due to road closures preventing return access to my home. generator back in action and for a very reasonable rate. tech was friendly and knowledgeable and patient answering my litany of questions.

Crappy company will never use again or recomend. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! Hired them to wire up a mini split gree air conditioner in my house. Was quoted a price, was told I dont pay til my ac is running, made the appointment, they canceled the first time. Second time they came. Cut a hole in the side of my house. Fried the mother board of my ac unit, spent an extra 2.5 hours trying to fix. Than asked for $650. 45% More than what I was quoted when I asked for them to get me a new motherboard the technician said no problem. 6 months later they call me to tell me that my account it going into collection, if you didnt have a crappy company you wouldn't have to deal with crap! Already filed a complaint with the bbb guess what I'm not the first and wont be the last.
