If i could give 0 stars i would! Send people out several times (4 to 5 times i had someone at my home) to my house to save money on our cmp bill but never state you'll end up paying even more later for this so called service. Saying were apart of cmp the solar stuff an that it will save money to your cmp account because weve been paying more for this solar farm but yeah just got slammed with two bills 6 months later an cant even wave them you have to pay them or even say well pay this much an to make up for the bogus claims of saving money! If youd say id have to pay anything at all id said no but being annoyed you send out that many people to basically hound us to sign up to "save" money is ridiculous. Not happy what so ever! Oh an being told if we dont pay itll be outstanding bill an will go to collections. The most scammiest behavior ever One thing I learned always turn any of these people down no matter how many times.they come to your house!

Every spring I dread the thought of summer, fearing that the cost of running the AC in the house is going to destroy the budget. Signing up for Navisun Powermarket has made a huge difference for us! Our summer electric bill has been considerably lower than feared! Every time I have called them with a question, the response has been quick, courteous, and informative.

Power market is nothing but a scam. The young man Zander that came to my door stated we would receive a bill from our cmp provider to which we are not to pay that bill and wait for the power market bill to come and then just pay that bill. My biggest thing was I didn't want to have to worry which bill I had to pay, and who wants to pay for 2 Power bills? We signed up, he asked for our bank information, I didn't like the idea but went along with it stupidly. It took them several months to start the process of actually billing me. I received an email stating we owed $ fine, but my account got debited before I even knew they were going to. I called the company asked why that happened, they said we sent you an email. I automatically did not want to take part in this anymore. I called to cancel, then they inform me that Xander was wrong anf I do in fact have to pay 2 power bills one to cmp, and one to them. But because I didn't cancel within 5 days of their email I'm locked with them until they decide to let me go I guess. Do not sign up with them. Do not ever give your bank acct information to people. I tried to pay with my debit card and they wanted bank acct info, why? TOTAL SCAM, LIARS, WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would recommend steering clear of PowerMarket. Due to an error on their end, I was dual enrolled and ended up over-generating solar credits, which have since expired. It’s frustrating that a service advertised to save me money ended up costing me more. When I reached out for help, their support rep, Diana, was unhelpful and placed the blame on me instead of taking responsibility for their mistake.

I originally signed up for this because it is the right thing to do... we want solar energy. I stayed for two years, unfortunately the cost is about double what I was paying our regular power company - we hoped it would go down at some point, but because it didn't, I decided to cancel in August 2024. I was told several times that I would have two more bills (by an employee who is no longer with the company - and I was just told was let go for giving the wrong information to people). I contacted them when more bills came in, they helped me understand it was two bills to them, and they are two months behind from the power company billing. (This came from another employee - who I was just told no longer works there, as she gave wrong information to people.) I asked if December would be my last bill from them, looking back, I guess they skirted around my question - but definitely led me to believe it would be. Come January, I never received the emailed invoice (unsure if this is a problem on their end or mine - but I had never missed one before) and money was debited from my account. I asked for a refund of the money, after finally getting ahold of someone - and was told a manager would call me back. One called me back two days later, I requested a refund again - as SEVERAL employees told me the wrong information, and with knowing they let them go for this, they must have to rectify the issues they have caused. Was told no. At this time, I was walked through how the billing works on their end, which was nice to know - unfortunately five months too late. **** Just read the response from the company... not sure they read my full review - I did not save $500... I was paying more than I would have if I was just paying the electric company... This experience was an all around bummer. We think alternative electricy options are so important - which is why we paid more for so long - but with this customer service I guess we'll wait a bit longer to take part (how many people do you need to talk to before you get the real information needed).

Customer service promised a split bill. They did not split my bill payments and instead took the whole amount. Completely screwed me over. Do not recommend using them. Plus it ends up costing you more with the electricity delivery charge anyway.

Joining a community solar project through Power Market is a no brainer. It's too bad I can't sign up for more of my power to be through this sort of a project. And I say this even after Con Ed tried to slow walk my participation to death. But Im active now and I get a decent percentage off of my monthly bill. Like I said- No Brainer.
