I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to work with such an experienced rep like Zaira Mosquera. Not only was she super knowledgeable, but she got my family a great low rate, she didn't over promise and she didn't understand deliver. We just got our first true-up bill after a year of having our solar turned on and we got a huge credit from the utility. Thank you Zaira! I will keep recommending you to all my friends and family!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with LGCY Solar’s installation crew. The installers did not arrive on time and showed very little respect for my schedule or time. When they finally began the work, it took them far longer than expected to complete, with little communication or urgency. What concerned me most was that they left my electrical breaker panel open, exposing wires for several days. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was unsafe. No homeowner should have to deal with exposed wiring or worry about the safety of their property after an installation crew leaves. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, punctuality, and regard for safety was unacceptable. I hope LGCY Solar addresses these issues and improves the quality control of their installation teams going forward.

This review is for one of the salesmen Kyle who I found genuinely cared about his product and customers. He answered all of my, and my 3 family members questions and addressed concerns. He was not at all pushy, but did share that the government incentives (60%) for the solar companies will end this year. I think the PPA route is the way to go. We did not purchase the product because we decided not to go with solar since we are getting ready to sell the house. This review is not for the solar purchase but for Kyle and the process we went through if we were to have them installed. Dana Point, CA

We just used LGCY power to install our solar panels and battery. Their service agent Andrew was phenomenal as he came to our house as many times as needed to patiently walk us through all our questions and steps (which were many visits to our house as well as texts). Andrew is not just a service agent but also a qualified engineer that became our friend.

The guys were respectful and did their best to finish the job with the time that they were given. My only complaint would be that they didn’t clean up after themselves. They left stucco/wall pieces on the floor that I had to clean up after them. Update as of 6/12/25. After the initial installation they came back and had to finish putting in the wires. While the guy waited he decided (without our consent) to paint the boxes and the pipes going across the house. Here are a couple of issues, the paint job looks like a 2 year old did it (other techs from this complex that have came can attest to this) and the color is pink when my house is not pink. We have asked them to please come and fix their mistake and they have so far sent over at least 3 different people. Every time they show up they do not have the proper materials to fix it and they also share that they are not allotted enough time to complete the job. Half of them have said they have never seen such a terrible job done and they have no idea why the first guy did that and that it should be replaced. Yesterday, I was on the phone again rescheduling because they sent someone this week without the proper materials and only gave him 2 hours to complete the job, which he said was impossible. He told us he would tell his manager the whole thing needed to be redone. When I was on the phone, the manager told the guy rescheduling me that they will not be redoing it and that they would just scratch off the paint. At this point I asked that a manager come out with one of the techs to cost my home and see the work for himself. This went from having a good start to a terrible couple of months and we just started with them.

I am very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Jason Scott at Legacy Power. He continues to support us by answering the many questions that we have during the course of this. Regarding yesterday's Bright Ops install of Solar Panels, they were prompt, courteous, and kept us informed of all they were doing as they went along. We are very pleased so far with the choices that we have made with Legacy Power to provide us with Solar.
