I scheduled an in-home consultation, and was told by your sales rep that both my spouse and I needed to be present. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from another rep canceling the visit, not with a courteous request to reschedule, but with an arrogant tone, as if he was doing me a favor. I would have appreciated a more respectful approach and a simple, professional rescheduling request instead of the dismissive attitude.
