We were very impressed at the level of service received from Valley Heating and Cooling! Roberto and Mario were excellent workers. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were very neat and tidy, and answered all our questions during the installation process. We will definitely continue to do business with this reputable company. We installed a heat pump and 2 air handlers. The unit we replaced was installed by Valley Heating and Cooling back in 2009. Heat pump works great. But they left several skuff marks on walls and trim needing touch up, and two crusty spots on the carpet - all near heater closet. Small sample below. Our estimator has been great. Updated 11/10/25, to 5 stars from 3 today. Mike came out and helped to clean carpet and walls. He also gave new advice on getting city inspections done quicker. And left us with a thank you gift. We are now totally satisfied.

Valley Heating and Cooling definitely earned a five-star rating when they installed a ductless, split-type air conditioner at our home in Santa Clara. Technicians Jose P., Rances and Jose G. were on time and worked very well as a team to complete the installation in one day. They were careful about protecting our home from damage, their cleanup was meticulous, and their attention to detail deserves special mention. In many places, their work shows that they care about doing the job right, and not just about getting it finished. Technician Jerry was also at our home that day, working on another part of our existing HVAC system. He ensured that our existing equipment was tested and working properly after he reconnected and recharged it. Estimator Zac explained the options for equipment and installation very clearly, and the office staff at Valley Heating and Cooling are always helpful, making the whole project experience a success.

Rances and his partner Jose were excellent. Thorough, paying attention to detail - the job was done really well. I also want to give a shout out to Rob, who gave us the initial estimates. He correctly identified the capacity and specs of our current heater, and matched the AC unit appropriately. Not all of the other vendors did that, which caused some unnecessary back and forth. Valley did a wonderful job replacing a furnace a few years ago, so when I needed help with my electrical panel I called them. They are professional, prompt, expert, and charge a very reasonable price. What I have appreciated the most is the way the technicians explain everything so that I feel they know what they are talking about and that I'm making the best decision I can. For this job, the technician was Sal Martinez, so shout out to him.
