I had a great experience with Pinnacle Solar. After getting five different quotes, they were among the two lowest in price, but what really stood out was how helpful and straightforward they were. When my roof structure needed some extra engineering and upgrades, the owner, Steve, stepped in and did the work himself to keep costs down. That really showed me they care about doing things right without unnecessary overhead. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, professional, and clearly hard-working. They even stayed late a few nights to make sure the job was done on time. The system looks great, works perfectly, and the whole process went smoother than I expected. I’m really glad I chose Pinnacle Solar over some of the other companies I talked to. They also did my brother’s house, and now they’re working on my parents’ place too, which says a lot. I’d definitely recommend them.

Pinnacle solar NW was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our project. They were the only company that was able to find a solution to PGE’s limitations and get us to 97% PGE offset. We have only had our system up and running for a few weeks but no issues as of yet.

Pinnacle Solar NW Great company to work with Owner was incredible, Sales rep great, installers VERY knowledgeable. They were very busy due to bad weather and things started and then stopped due to the wind. When I asked questions, the installers were able to explain everything at a level that I was able to understand. The site cleanup was very well done. Last the company owner even came on site to see how things were going, I was impressed with that…. It showed he wanted the customer to know he cared for them.

I called Pinnacle Solar Nw and talked through the details of my requirements and received excellent feedback about potential options. It took several iterations of system design due to the permitting department in West Linn, however, I could not be more happy with the customer service and Quality of product that was installed. The price of the system was very competitive and the installation was completed per the agreed timeline.

Pinnacle did a great job. They kept us informed on the progress. They were very good about explaining the solar panels and the software that we use to monitor the system.
