Had an emergency and Clear Choice came through clutch. They had a specialist on site within the hour and fixed within the day at a price that was half the other competitors I spoke with. Would highly recommend clear choice for all roofing needs and they made the experience very simple and easy. 10/10 will be using for all my needs going forward.

Absolute professionals and so helpful. I was struggling to find a reliable contractor for my roof and they stood out above the rest after the first phone call. They provided clear communication, fast scheduling, and transparent quotes for the work I needed done on my roof. Highly recommend to anyone who needs anything for their roof.

We hired this company to replace a couple of shingles and perform a full roof inspection required for the sale of our home. The roofer, Russell, quoted us and said it would be done in 1–2 days. I clearly stated multiple times that we needed the inspection and documented proof for our sale contingency. After initial contact, he stopped responding to my calls and texts for 3-4 days. I called the office multiple times and kept getting the runaround. I didn’t have time to hire someone else due to our tight deadline, otherwise I would have. When the job was finally completed, they sent an invoice for more than what was quoted. On top of that, there was no mention of the inspection -even though I had been very clear from the beginning. The office adjusted the price after I pushed back, but still failed to include the inspection report. After several more calls, they eventually updated the invoice correctly. This should have been a simple job. It turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I don’t recommend this company. I’m easy to work with and was willing to let it go at the time, but now that they’ve asked for a review, here it is. I'll give them 2 stars considering the final price was good and they got the job done finally.

Clear Choice roofing was clear and efficient. They did not try to sell us on anything different than the service job we asked for. The process was smooth and the job was very well done. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had my roof replaced by Clear Choice Roofing and had help from James Ellingson. I could not be happier with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the hard working men that finished out the job. We had a leak and needed it to be fixed asap. James responded quickly and assessed our roof. He found the problem immediately after getting on the roof. We needed a specific piece so they had to come back to fix it at a later date. I’m glad to report that we just had our first rain and the leak is gone. 100% would use Clear Choice Roofing again.

We spent $20k on our roof from this company and it was supposed to have a warranty. We've experienced leaks after the install and initially they addressed them promptly. They are under new ownership from what I gather and during the recent July4th rains another leak was revealed. We called them, a tech came out (Mike) and that was 6 weeks ago. I phoned the tech a week ago and haven't heard back. I will keep a posting of this situation as in some cases, some roofing companies have a tendency for no longevity or frequent ownership or name changes. I certainly hope this is not the case as they installed a good deal of flat roofing on our house.
