Duke Energy gave us MLS Electric as a reliable company when we needed repair to our outdoor electric source after it was struck by lightning. He checked for any additional issues on the property and explained everything to us; while fixing the issue we had reported to him. They were fast, professional and communicated well. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Yen and Trenton did a fantastic job installing our EV car charger. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, made sure that I was happy with everything, and went the extra mile to make sure the install looked great.

Initially MLS was very communicative and moved forward quickly with providing an estimate and scheduling an EV charger installation. However after the technician started the job (and a large square of drywall had been cut out of my kitchen), he refused to install it where I wanted it (and had previously discussed). It seemed to be because he didn't want to go under my deck, which was odd because he had no problem going into the adjacent and very similarly sized crawl space. I'm really unclear as to what his objection was but we reached a stalemate and I was forced to find someone else to complete the job. I'm very disappointed.
