From the moment I typed in my zip code to start the process until the last question I had answered by Arabella yesterday I have had a wonderful, professional, almost exciting experience. I other companies have similar processes but this one has never failed. I love Solstice - from their name to their customer service. Keep it up!!

I've been signed up for almost a year now and each month the credits are there, and they're less per kWh than my utility. I can't believe a program like this exists with almost nobody knowing about it. Free discounted electricity every month. Sounds too good to be true, but it wasn't!

Had a few issues, but they were quickly resolved and so the five stars are definitely for the excellent customer service!

The experience took about 15-20 minutes, slowed by needing to get my passwords for Solstice and my utility company. The agent from Solstice was very patient and good on giving help with directions. There were many many many steps to do. I'm glad for the chance to use the services of a clean energy supplier. It's what the world needs.

If I had to pay a premium to do that, I would certainly consider it. To actually save money every month makes it a no brainer for anyone.
