They were proactive in finding homes that had been affected by hail storms. Our roof had a ton of hail damage. We just needed to submit paperwork they prepared to talk to our insurance agency for us. Once we got approved we just needed to wait on the right roofing materials we chose. Our initial contact "Nicole" for the company who did an amazing job communicating and really made us feel comfortable left the company midway through. Once they were gone communication wasn’t as good but eventually the work got done and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend using their services especially if you don’t wanna deal with insurance BS. They made the process easy and cost effective.

Surprised to see so many good reviews. These guys came to our home, convinced us to start a claim with our insurance and then did not even show up to the inspection. They pretty much waisted our time, brought a bunch of stress over the claim process and left us facing the insurance company on our own. They are salesmen that subcontract all their work. If you want a good roofer opinion, don't ask these guys. Very unprofessional.

Great roofers to work with. We had our roof and gutters replaced through insurance, and working with the Vertical Solutions team was the easiest part of the process. The finished work looks great, would highly recommend. They also do solar panel work!
