I like to say, Fred my installer is the nicest and most experienced technician one could have to trust to install your water softener. After he installed my unit. Fred walk me through how to use and even directed me to the app so that I can monitor my new unit. I haven't got a chance yet to expirence what a shower will feel like with a water softener but if they let me I will come back and write another review. I have been a loyal customer of Sierra Pacific for many years, relying on them for pool solar installation, HVAC maintenance, and insulation—and have always received great service. However, this past August, I ran into a major issue: a leak in my solar pool panels, which were only four years old. The initial service call was disappointing. The technician mistakenly informed me that because the panel manufacturer had gone out of business, the warranty was void, and I was liable for the full cost of a repair or replacement. This was disheartening, and I became frustrated after having trouble reaching a manager through standard customer service channels to resolve the misinformation. The situation changed instantly after I posted a review outlining my experience. Jason, the company President, saw my post and personally replied right away, promising an immediate fix. Within 24 hours, Adam, a Service Tech Supervisor, called to sincerely apologize for the initial poor communication and the misguided information. Adam clearly stated that Sierra Pacific stands behind its installations—regardless of the original manufacturer's status—and that they would step up to make things right. He scheduled a new panel installation at no cost to me. Adam dispatched their best technician, Sebastian, who was truly amazing. Sebastian walked me through the repair process step-by-step, provided updates throughout the installation, and ensured a perfect final walk-through. Adam even took the time to come out to personally apologize, and Sebastian followed up a few days later to check on the system. The way Jason, Adam, and Sebastian handled this situation solidified my respect and trust for Sierra Pacific 100%. Every business makes mistakes, but the true measure of a company is not whether they stumble, but how quickly and completely they recover. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and apologize for the mishap, turning a frustrating failure into an exceptional service recovery. Christian, who was our service rep from Sierra Pacific was absolutely wonderful. He was here to check and shut down our pool solar for the winter. He examined everything and took photos to show us the condition of the plumbing for the solar. He took extra time to explain settings that the solar was set for and explained that our system is an older system that is definitely showing signs of wearing. He also explained the numerous number of solar repair services Sierra Pacific offers if and when we need to do any kind of work. Christian was kind, courteous and so very respectful of our house and property. Five stars are not enough…he truly deserves more. We hope to be able to work with him again. Thank you Christian.

We have a service contract with Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort. Micdea serviced our pool solar heater today on a tech call for an issue we were having and to turn off the solar for the winter. He was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the tech issue, thoroughly explained the work that he needed to do and kept us informed along the way. Working with Chris Siberman was an absolute pleasure. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and communicated every step of the process clearly. Chris took the time to explain the work performed, review each concern he found, and even went above and beyond by sharing photos and drawing simple diagrams to illustrate gaps in our system compared to manufacturer recommendations. What stood out most was his ability to organize everything into a detailed work list, arranging items by priority so we could make informed decisions. Attention to the management: If clients are paying thousands of dollars in a brand new home to install water softener, the least you can do it use brand new pipes for installation. Please do not go cheap route. We customers are the ones paying so we expect better service and new products installed. I’ve complained but received zero feedback for change.
