Horrific company. Told me my install would be 1-3 days. They have been at my house at least 9 days. They also installed an AC instead of a heat pump leaving me without heat for a year and a half! My project was promised to be complete in 2021, it’s now July 2023 and it still isn’t complete. They also choose Sunnova to finance my system which is terrible! Sunnova is no assistance. They can’t help figure out how to complete my install and according to thousands, they will not honor their 25 year warranty. I wish I had never gone solar. I would love to get my house returned to how it was before this whole experience but USNOA has caused tens of thousands of dollars in damages.

Unfortunately my review is basically the same as all the others. Originally purchased from rb green. The sold/changed the name or whatever to this USNOA. I’ve had issues with the solar system since December 2021. Called the manufacturer myself for an inverter replacement. Couldn’t get any responses from USNOA via email or phone. When I actually got USNOA out to install it they damaged it. Again got it replaced by the manufacturer, and then USNOA refused to replace it without a "service fee" and "installation fee" (pretty hefty ones at that) Lol it’s pretty laughable. I’ve a 30k plus solar system on my roof I haven’t been able to use all year. I’ve reported them to the BBB, I suggest everyone else do the same, and then I guess we wait for them to change their name again.

Solar stopped working in Oct, in which they (Previously RB Green Energy, then Unlimited Solar, now USNOA - hard to keep up with all the name changes, now it's just acronym of their old name Unlimited Solar Network of America [USNO]) installed. I have been trying to get a service on the system since Dec 2021, but they keep canceling... Check their BBB, the reviews on there aren't much better. You're going to have solar on your home for years and years. Make sure to choose a company with stellar feedback for after-the-sale customer relations.

I purchased my system 30+ Panels two converters and a solar water heater 2 years ago from cross atlantic solar. They never closed out my permits and I’m being harassed by the county I’ve tried to resolve this issue with them but they don’t show up after me taking time off of work. When I purchased the panels and installation from them they sold themselves as a mom and pop company that had been around for a long time and were interested in customer service. I have had issues with one bank of panels it doesnt produce AT ALL they came out and reset the system and it started working again but only for a month they also told me they constantly monitor the system and if there are any issues they would be on top of it to make sure the system was working properly at all times. Now I’m having the same issues and have found out they sold the company and now when I call I get the run around. When I purchased the system they said it had a 25 year warranty now they are saying I have to pay an outrageous service fee for them to come out and diagnose the system. I can’t get a straight answer or any one to service my system. $50k wasted DONT FALL FOR THE FANCY SONG AND DANCE LIKE I DID

Over the past 9;weeks I have tried to work with USNOA regarding my suddenly high electric bills. I suspected a meter issue. I had to make numerous calls and earl service desk stuff weren't very helpful or knowledgeable. We made three appointments for tchnicians to do an on site inspection. USNOA only came once. We paid $175 for the service call. Announcing the system was "fixed, the technicians left. The next day 20 of our 29 micro converters went off line. I made numerous call, texts, and left voice mails for a supervisor, Ms. Castro. She rarely r responded, eventually referring us back to the worthless service desk phone number. I left another message at the service desk. No return call. It happened that we noticed, a month after the technicians left, that two switches had been left in the off position. When we flipped them on, the micro converters all returned on line. We paid money for the service call and had another high electric bill for April when the 20 converters weren't working. now USNOA won't respond to our complaint with the BBB.reportingg data.

I was originally a solar customer with RB Green and now with USNOA. I have been having an issue with a dead panel now since Oct 9th, 2021 and have reached out to USNOA a total 26 times since then. First month, I was told the supervisor Juan would call me back. Never heard from Juan until late November early December. Then it was excuse after excuse. I would be put on the schedule then they didn't show up or call me letting me know. Then was told I needed a replacement panel without even coming out to check the issue and they are awaiting a new panel. Continued calling checking on the status of the replacement panel and kept being told for a month it still wasn't in. I finally spoke to Diana who advised they would send someone out. Again, no call no show. Was told the tech was injured. Put on the schedule again, no call no show, was told the tech was a no call no show to work and they can't get ahold of him. Here I am 4 months in with this issue and I can't get my system fixed. Now when I call in told someone will call me back in 48 hours and yet I don't get that call back. This is beyond frustrating.

I would not recommend this company to an enemy of mine. I’ve called several times, someone would answer just to tell a lie. i’ve had solar system for a less than a year and it has not worked. Find another company to do your panel installation. I’m going to report them to the BBB
