I recently purchased a solar panel system with this company INFINITY SOLAR USA that was advertised as a robust and efficient solution for my home energy needs. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been anything but satisfactory. Firstly, the system consistently fails to generate the amount of power that was promised. Despite living in an area with abundant sunlight, the panels are unable to meet even the most basic energy demands of my household. This has resulted in double invoicing, I have to pay the solar system loan and the utility bill. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, offering no viable solutions or compensation for the issues I am facing. In summary, this solar panel system has been a significant disappointment. It fails to deliver the advertised power output, and customer support has been lacking. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable solar energy solution. Save your money and invest in a more reputable and dependable system.

They were very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Jorge was also very professional and he came by days after the installation to make sure that we were satisfied.
