Arrow electrician Michael did a great job replacing various electrical components which were fried due to a direct lightning hit to our house. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and had everything needed with him. I will certainly ask for Michael if and when I have a need for an electrician

Michael and Braden installed a charging station for my New Polestar 2. Excellent service great price compared to other people that I have talked with about the installation. The whole process began with a call to Tyler in the office. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process and making the appointment for the installation. The two technicians arrived on time and explained the entire process in terms that I understood. I would certainly recommend Arrow Electric Service for all your Electrical needs. I had some fairly routine electrical need a bad GFi outlet and hardwired a new EV Charger. They Michael and his nephew were here on time and explained everything thoroughly and made the recommendation of a whole house serge protection unit. They could not have been more professional and expeditious in their approach to the job. Yes it was pricey but this level of service normally is. Less the three hours at a price of 2,400.00 I know that I will sleep better and have one less worry . Nice job guys.

I highly recommend this business. I’m a senior I called a few places for prices and they were outrageous. Affordability is important, good service and friendly staff is important to me. Arrow met all those and exceeded. I needed some wiring for an office light fixture. It didn’t work. Matthew arrived on time very friendly young man. I was blowed away from the exceptional service and the knowledge this young man had. It didn’t take him long to find the issue and he fixed it. He explained everything to me and that was important. If 5 stars is the best I’d give him 10. Arrow Electric Inc. will be the place I will call for future services. Thank you Matthew
