Puckett

We bought an electric vehicle and I was looking for a reputable company to install a 50Amps breaker and a 14-50 Nema outlet out of it. Puckett was the best electric company I have ever hired. They asked me a couple of questions about the location and model of the electrical panel and it there was space to add a breaker. They gave me a quote over the phone and an appointment a couple of days later. Puckett electricians arrived on time and completed the installation in just 20 minutes. I work at a church in Murphy and our new insurance company told us right before the holidays that we had to upgrade our old electrical panels by a deadline close after the holidays. Despite it being an inconvenient time Puckett Electric was helpful, communicative, and took care of the work efficiently. I had a great experience with Puckett! There were 3 different issues in my home, and an alternate vendor quoted complete (and overpriced) replacements. But Puckett was able to repair them all quickly at a fair price. My tech was on time and courteous. I highly recommend!

Several outlets weren't working and a new stove hood needed to be installed. The electricians arrived on time and went straight to work. The hood install was a last minute request and was done with no issues. I called several times with questions and their customer service was excellent. Very pleased with their work and pricing. Will definitely use again.

My parents were dealing with electrical issues and after another company came out 2 or 3 times and did not fix the issue. They called Puckett and he found the issue quick. A burnt out socket that was close to setting on fire. My parents are not in the best shape so the though of a socket catching on fire and the previous electric company not finding this was concerning. Thank you Puckett!!!!

Todd came out upon my request, my wife and I recently puchased a home and were concerned about some quotes we had received for updating the electrical system. We called Todd out for a second opinion and he was on time, honest, and transparent. I was initially quoted $12k worth of electrical updates by one of the electrical corporations around my home (meter, panel, shut offs, other work I can't remember, etc), Todd was able to explain why their quote included unnecessary work and hardware as well as quote the actually-needed work at a significantly lower price than was quoted by the corporation.
